ORDERING 


1. Do you accept orders by phone, fax or mail?
      No, we do not.

2. Do you accept orders by e-mail?
      Yes, we do! Just send your requirements to this email address: s.georgiu@sigma-shop.com

3. I might have accidentally placed a duplicate order. What should I do?
      Contact us via email, Skype or our chat platform.
      The duplicate order will be cancelled and your payment will be refunded.

4. How can I check my order status?
      Login in your account, at "orders" menu you will be able to see the status of all placed orders from your account.

5. Can I change my order after I've submitted it?
      If your order haven't been sent we can still change it, after you receive confirmation email that the order is shipped
      you will have less than 2 hours if you want to make changes. Contact us as soon as you can in that case.

7. When will you dispatch my order?
      We ship the same or the next business day after payment is received.


SHIPPING 


1. Do you ship internationally?
      Yes, we ship WORLDWIDE no exceptions.

2. What shipping methods do you offer, and what are the costs?
      We offer the following shipping options:
      DHL Express / TNT Express: €15–€20, depending on your location.

5. What is the delivery time?
      Delivery time is as follows:
      DHL express and TNT express (recommended) 1-3 business days for Europe, 2-6 business days outside Europe

6. Can I have my order shipped using my own courier account?
      Yes, we can ship your order using your courier account.
      Please provide your account number and ensure that our account number is authorized in your system to allow us to
      use it.

7. Who is responsible for the import fees?
      Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
     These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
     Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs before you purchase.


PAYMENT 


1. What are the payment methods?
      We accept PayPal, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) and Bank Wire Transfer
2. Do you offer NET payment terms?

      Yes, we offer NET payment terms under certain conditions.
      To qualify, you must meet at least one of the following requirements:

  • A minimum purchase history of 5,000 EUR per year
  • A minimum of 20 orders per year

      If these requirements are not met, we require full payment in advance.
3. My Credit Card was declined, what should I do?
      Here are some suggestions how to fix the problem.

  • Make sure that you enter the credit card digits without any spaces, dots... etc.
  • Contact you credit card provider and check if you have web payment limit on this card.
  • Check if this card is allowed to make international web payments.


RETURNS / WARRANTY 


1. What steps should I follow to return a product?

2. What does the KMtronic Warranty cover?
      If any product is found to have defects in material or malfunction during normal work process, 
      our team will repair, or if repair is not possible, either replace the product or refund the purchase price, 
      whichever you prefer.

3. Do you provide spare parts?
      We will provide spare parts for the components that can be replaced by the owner without the need of technical knowledge.

4. Are there any warranty exclusions?
      Unfortunately, these warranties do not apply if the product has been modified,
      misused or has been damaged by accident, abuse, or misapplication.
      To ensure this doesn’t happen to you, read the description and user manual carefully before use,
      and contact our customer service if you are having any problems during installation of the units.
